Welcome to Savage Booch.  Home of handcrafted, small batch and homebrewed Kombucha.  Kombucha is based on centuries old Chinese brewing and double fermenting techniques believed to improve your health through probiotics and prebiotics. 

My interest in becoming a brewer grew out of a desire to improve my overall well being by using the anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidants, and gut health benefits of Kombucha.

After brewing for over five years I am now sharing my favorite recipes with you.
